Commercial construction research for contractors, suppliers and service businesses. Get a focused project list matched to your service, territory and timing, with available contractor contact routes and clear questions to check remaining work.
Reviewed research. Nonexclusive leads. No promised contracts.
The service
Project Radar turns public construction activity into reviewed project dossiers. We help you decide where to spend your research and outreach time.
Painting, flooring, drywall, landscaping, hauling, dumpster rental, construction cleaning, security, low-voltage, equipment rental and building supplies. We also review fit for roofing, HVAC, electrical and plumbing when the available records support the trade and procurement stage.
Each customer gets a service-specific list. An interior renovation does not establish landscaping work, and an inspection-stage record does not establish an open installation bid. We agree suitable selection criteria before you pay.
Tell us the commercial project types, locations, job sizes, services and project stages you pursue. We agree the pilot criteria before you pay.
Each dossier includes the project, permit references, recorded stage, available contractor route and why it may fit. We label information that still needs confirmation.
Use a suggested opening and a pursuit tracker to establish availability, scheduling and vendor requirements. Your team handles contact, quotes and delivery.

Before you buy
The service helps your team find and assess projects. It does not replace a scope discussion with the contractor.
No. Public permit activity establishes construction signals, not whether a trade or service package remains unawarded. Every dossier marks availability as unconfirmed unless supported by additional evidence. Your team must establish remaining scope and purchasing requirements with the project team.
This initial service covers commercial construction activity in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, including Charlotte and other locations within the county. Surrounding counties are not included in this offer.
No. Project information is nonexclusive and may also be supplied to other clients. Selection is tailored to your agreed criteria.
We supply available business contact routes, context and suggested outreach. This package does not include contacting contractors on your behalf, arranging meetings, preparing your estimates or bidding for you.
We confirm the selection criteria before invoicing. If we cannot identify five suitable research candidates for those criteria, we do not accept payment for that pilot scope. Bid availability is not an agreed guarantee.
Reports and the pursuit tracker are delivered electronically through email or an agreed shared document. The pilot delivery clock starts once payment and onboarding are complete. First-month service dates are written in the agreed scope.

Service policies
The $300 USD pilot includes five manually reviewed project dossiers and one feedback review during the pilot week. Electronic delivery is due within three business days after both payment and completed onboarding. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If onboarding is incomplete, we will request the missing information and confirm when the delivery period begins.
The initial 30-day service is $1,500 USD total, with a $300 credit for a pilot continued within fourteen calendar days of pilot delivery. It includes the pilot dossier set and four weekly updates. Its start date, end date and agreed selection criteria are recorded before payment. No physical goods or shipping are included.
Email projectradarintel@gmail.com to request cancellation or report a problem. A pilot cancelled before research work begins receives a full refund. If we miss the agreed delivery deadline, you may cancel undelivered work for a refund. Once work begins, any cancellation refund is based on the undelivered portion of the agreed scope. We confirm the calculation in writing; completed, delivered research is not refundable solely because a project is unavailable or does not result in a contract.
We correct demonstrable factual mistakes and replace pilot dossiers that fail an agreed selection criterion. Changing availability or an unconfirmed bid does not itself establish a factual mistake. Refunds are returned through the original payment method; your payment provider controls when funds reach your account. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.
Optional $500 USD/month monitoring requires your express agreement. We do not automatically renew or charge your payment method under this offer. Cancel future monitoring by email before agreeing to or paying for the next service period.
Project Radar provides nonexclusive commercial construction research and suggested pursuit information. Selection is based on your agreed company criteria and available public information. We distinguish recorded facts, research inferences and unknowns; public records and contractor information may be incomplete or change after review.
Our service does not guarantee available trade or service scope, bid availability, contractor responses, appointments, awards or revenue. Recorded project value is not a budget for your trade or service. Public company contact information does not establish a named decision maker. Customers are responsible for confirming scope, qualification requirements and availability with the project team and for their own outreach, estimates and bids.
Before accepting payment, we supply the agreed scope, service dates, applicable price in USD and delivery and refund terms. The pilot credit is applied once toward the first $1,500 month; it is not additional to that price. We do not provide contractor outreach, introductions or exclusivity in this package. Questions or corrections can be sent to projectradarintel@gmail.com.
